All Halt Alarms systems can be connected to a 24hr monitoring system.

Depending on your requirements, we can connect either an analogue or digital speech dialler to any of our alarm systems. On activation the unit can either ‘text’ or phone to inform you of an alarm activation.

Analogue diallers require an existing BT or equivalent line in order to make the call where as our latest GSM units do not. GSM units come preloaded with ‘credit’ in order to make the required response and can be programmed to send either a text message or make a call.

The units generally work by playing a common phrase down the phone on activation, informing you of the location of where the alarm has activated. The unit then waits for an acknowledgment before either shutting down or dialling onto the next number stored. Up to 4 separate telephone numbers can be stored in the unit’s non-volatile memory.

Response to alarm activations

We have been working closely with The Keyholding Co. who are able to provide you with an immediate response to an alarm activation, if required.

The Keyholding Co. provides a countrywide service and is accredited by the National Security Inspectorate to Gold standard.

After an initial site survey once the alarm system has been installed, they can provide you with a cost effective means of responding to your alarm activation with in impressive response time.
